DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Disputes are common and often if not resolved can lead to significant financial and emotional stress. We can assist with resolving disputes by helping parties to negotiate and reach settlement by agreement. There are significant advantages with dispute resolution which include avoiding lengthy and expensive court proceedings. Reaching an agreement to resolve a dispute also means there is more flexibility than court proceedings, allowing the parties to tailor the process. Another advantage is confidentiality.
